To talk to others, do not need a very complicated techniques: only require humility, gentleness and truth. Humility makes any word soft. And when you bend, so does the other. It creates humility and humility with which relations are effective. But, to add sweetness to the words, not the sweetness that is false, but that which is true, then the other will accept even the most hard truths.
