4. Requirements:
a) The participants Songs must be original lyrics and music and not having participated in other festivals or competitions competitive.

5. Lyrics sent:
The shipment should be made in a sealed envelope with the content below:
- Recording the song on CD, with instrumental accompaniment in harmony with the theme presented.
- The lyrics of the song, clearly indicating its title, which must be submitted on letter size paper.

- All material must be mailed or delivered to the Parish office located at 481 Calle Los Lilies, Sindempart, Coquimbo, in the following hours between 11:00 and 13:00 and between 16:00 and 21:00 hours.
