DAY CATECHIST

Catechists are a great gift for whole Church. They are truly a gift to this parish community. All baptized we receive the mission to evangelize, and all must be stewards in this task. Today we want to realize this mission is all but certain, catechists, asumimen in particular. We sent by the Church to proclaim the Good News, and thus become sharers in the mission of Jesus Maestro.
One of the most important activities of our community is catechesis, where catechized are the foundations of faith and training enough to live the Christian faith. It is becoming more difficult this work, we thank the catechists for their dedication and ask them to continue in this endeavor, however difficult, because we need your help. In our parish are
alededor of 50 catechists involved in family catechesis, pre baptismal pre marriage.
and this Saturday May 15th met on a day accompanied by our pastor shared experiences and moments of reflection ending with a Mass giving thanks to God for their commitment and dedication the end of the Mass was made a Congratulations

Lord Jesus

Here I am to serve
and put your feet work when I am engaged.
You chose me to be a catechist,
announcing your message to the brothers.
I feel very small and ignorant,
am often fickle,
but I know that you need me.
Thanks for trusting me, a small servant of yours.
I am ready to meet this wonderful task
with simplicity and modesty, love and faith.
I want to be yours
instrument to awaken many brothers
care for yourself,
trust in your promises,
wishes to follow as a disciple.
daily Bless my efforts;
put your words on my lips,
and have, in communion with my brothers,
can help to extend your kingdom.

Mary, you have to always keep
faithfully in the footsteps of your Son,
guide us through the same road.
